Delivers high-temperature fluid at low pressure to achieve high-temperature thermal performance.
- High efficiency
- This is a high-efficiency boiler that minimizes exhaust gas heat loss through a reasonable arrangement of heat transfer surfaces and a three-pass combustion structure.
- High temperature use
- It obtains high temperature (350℃) at low pressure (3~5kg/㎠), so it is suitable for devices that require high temperature.
- Long lifespan
- The multi-row monoline design eliminates carbonization of the fruit and uses heat oil as the medium, extending its lifespan.
- Prevent heat loss
- As it is a closed cycle that is blocked from the outside, heat loss is low, there is no need to handle water supply or drainage, and there is no risk of freezing. (Pour point of fruit oil: -30℃)
- Anti-oxidation
- The thermal oil used has excellent oxidation and thermal stability and does not corrode metal materials, thereby extending the lifespan of equipment.
- Fully automatic
- Unmanned operation is possible using various safety devices and instruments.
- Main use
- Plywood factories, rubber factories, press users, textile factories, chemical factories, leather factories, paper manufacturing, printing, and other industries.
