Safety design
There is no need to worry about expansion, rupture, or explosion because the tube body is always kept in a vacuum below atmospheric pressure, and there is no low water level accident because the heat medium water is contained in a certain amount, and 4 safety devices such as vacuum pressure switch, thermostat, fusible plug, and overheating prevention switch are installed as standard.
Long lifespan design
The heat exchanger is a U-shaped tube flange type made of stainless steel pipes. The thermal water inside the tube repeats a certain cycle (heat water > decompression steam > heat exchange > condensation > heat water), so it does not require make-up water and is heated by dissolved oxygen. It maintains a long lifespan without worrying about corrosion or scale accumulation.
High-efficiency design
The main body adopts the structural characteristics of a shell-and-tube type once-through boiler, so the furnace has a water-cooled wall structure, and the heat absorption surface has a three-pass combustion structure, pursuing high performance and reducing heat fuel costs through high-efficiency design.
No license and no inspection
Anyone can operate without a license or inspection required.
Heat exchange method in multipurpose circuit
Since it has heating, hot water supply, and hot water circulation methods, it can be used as a multipurpose circuit for each purpose. Additionally, since each heat exchanger is independent, there is no mixing of water and installation and construction are simple.
Artificial intelligence control device
When equipped with the artificial intelligence control device SE-AI system, operation and maintenance become easier. (options)
Operating principle of SEV type vacuum hot water boiler
  • SEGWANG's SEV type vacuum hot water boiler adopts the structural characteristics of a multi-tube once-through boiler to a water-tube boiler, and the furnace has a water-cooled wall and is burned by a burner attached to the front, and the combustion gas transfers heat to the heating surface of the three-path water pipe to heat the heat medium water in the water pipe.
  • A certain amount of heat medium water is enclosed in the pipe body and maintained under vacuum, so when the heat medium water is heated, it immediately becomes decompressed steam and transfers heat to the heat exchanger for heating, hot water supply, and hot water supply circulation. The heat exchanger is not directly heated by a burner, but is indirectly heated by the condensation heat of the decompressed steam.
